How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). After that, standard delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days. Orders placed by 5:00 PM UK time on a business day are considered for processing that day.
What is your return policy?
Eligible products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, with original tags and packaging where applicable. Please contact our support team first and we will send you return instructions.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it has not been processed or shipped. For changes, contact us as soon as possible, before your order enters processing.
