Eligibility:
A refund, return and exchange is applicable incase of defected product from the company and the request must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
The company will charge 25% restocking free if the order cancellation is done after 24 hours.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. We cannot accept used or altered items.
Initiating a Return:
To begin your return process, contact our customer service at support@theprimejacket.com. Provide your order number and a valid reason for the return.
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization.
Return Shipping:
The shipping cost is payable by the company incase of defected product whereas customers are responsible for the return shipping expense to the concerned warehouse if there is a misfit or size issue as we emphasize on size confirmation and customization.
Packaging:
Whenever possible, please return the item in its original packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition.
Refunds
Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Partial Refunds:
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if the returned item is slightly used but still in good condition.
Refund Exceptions:
Items in the Final Sale category, promotional items, or gift cards are non-returnable and not eligible for refunds.
